Question - Leona from Portugal - Hi Mark and Meridith, I listen all the time - thanks so much for this podcast... So here we are kicking off 2022, and I need my team to take sales calls more seriously. They need to plan for them and use sales technology and CRM system to create a real sales process. Any ideas? Feels like I have been beating this drum for the last few years, but no movement. They are stuck doing things the same way they always have. But 2022 is going to be tough with supply chain issues, inflation - we have to get more efficient and more productive. I need them to be open to new ways of doing things.
